Over just a few sessions Melinda... read more treated the arm and taught me a set of exercises that helped a lot. I'm back playing with the dogs without any pain.

July 24, 2021Laura has done an incredible job helping me with my bike fit as well as with isolating some pains that come up on longer rides.
She's been incredibly patient and responsive... read more in regards to my many questions related to our session, and questions about cycling in general.
She's also let me test many different saddles until I found the perfect fit for my riding style, which before my session was a major stress
If you're like me and trying to take your passion for the sport to the next level, you've come to the right place.A Google User

I scheduled a comprehensive bike fit with Laura at the recommendation of a neighbor. I have a new bike and am new to the sport of road cycling. I had... read more some numbness and pain during the first couple of rides and generally felt that my position was a bit off. Laura's assessment and fit were comprehensive and included interview, observation, measurements, and several micro adjustments. She identified strengths and weaknesses in my overall biomechanics and made recommendations regarding exercises, positioning, etc. not only to improve the cycling experience but performance and comfort in my other sports. I took the bike for a good post-adjustment test ride today and voila! The ride was smooth, comfortable, and I had zero numbness. Thank you, Laura! What an awesome experience!

June 24, 2021I just had my evaluation at SoPo Physical Therapy, Laura and Melinda are so nice and knowledgeable. I had an intake the day after I reached out for information and... read more left with a lot more knowledge about what is going on and a plan in place. I'm going in for surgery in a few months and feel very confident that Laura will help me prepare and recover after.
I was hesitant because they don't take/bill insurance but reached out for more information because it seems like a great model with a higher level of care (entire session with the PT directly rather than aides). Here's the thing - it is actually going to be LESS expensive for each visit than using another office that is in network.Kathleen Whelton
April 24, 2022Just had my first appointment with Melinda today. I've been having back pain for a year and I just thought it was something I was going to have to live... read more with. I've never done PT so I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so impressed. Melinda was a master at assessing and understanding what my pain was and where it was coming from.
I love the Sopo Physical Therapy business model. Our time together felt so productive and I didn't feel rushed. I wish I had tried this so long ago.
You don't have to live with your pain, you just need these professionals to help you! I felt comfortable, encouraged, and hopeful. 🙂Stacy Kim
